Tue 1st of October 2024 – War

I have some idea of how the world works, but despite that I'm still shocked by what Israel gets approval for from Western governments, mine included.

It seems they can do anything they like, no matter what the cost in human lives. Arab lives really are valued very differently then Israeli or Western lives. Waging war in Gaza, now Lebanon. Killing and displacing hundreds of thousands. Sowing the seeds for ever more hatred in the region for decades to come, and having absolutely zero interest in any real solution that could make Israel saver in the future.

What a mess. And how shameful the support of Western governments who keep moving their so-called red lines and who keep supplying arms. I'm not even sure why I'm posting this as that seems completely pointless, but it also feels wrong to not ever say anything. Have a good day all!
