Wed 13th of October 2010 – Titlow

I'm currently fighting a battle with BT to get my internet reconnected. They're soooooooo inefficient! The 'system' messed up the engineerappointment today for which I stayed home and there is a lot more messing up then just that. I ended up shouting at the poor guy on the phone and at the same time telling him it wasn't his fault but I had to shout at someone. I give BT the MONKEY!!! Shot straight to photographic colour paper.
