Sun 17th of October 2010 – I love BT

I really don't like to pollute my poor diary with whining at Britisch Telecom, but they are absolutely unbelievable. They didn't show up on the first two appointments and for the third one they forgot to call me. For every appointment I have to be at home for a five hour timeslot. All you get is a bland "I'm so sorry" and you're on to stay home for the next five hour slot. First thing I'll do when I get online again at home (thanks Pedro and Margot by the way for lending me your keys so I can keep working!) is to find a new service provider. Unfortunately I'm condemned to BT lines though so it will be symbolic only....
