Thu 20th of November 2014 – Memories

When I was 16 years old I boarded a plane to spend a year in Oklahoma on a highschool exchange. I was lucky enough to be staying with a wonderful family and to meet awesome people with all of whom I unfortunately lost touch later on.

Fast forward 22 years and only recently I got back in touch with both my former host family and with someone I had a bit of a thing for back then, with whom I'll be having lunch today because she met her husband in London and they crossed the ocean for a few days. This morning my girlfriend accused me of being excited about lunch, haha :)
