Wed 22nd of May 2024 – Madrid

I shot this image in 2001 in Madrid. I then lost the slide and didn't have a scan. So the image was lost, but I always remember taking it and I always hoped it would one day show up. And then last week it did, in an old little box with slides. I remember walking past, taking a quick picture and moving on. They never knew I took the picture.

I wonder where they are now, they must be around 30 years of age. I'll bake a cake for anyone who can somehow locate them so I can give them a print of this image. I'm sure they'll like it. The search is on!
