Fri 23rd of December 2011 – Beach Walk

I'm far from the beach (see image) right now. No dogs around me either. I'm sitting in a cafe in the sweet town of Den Bosch. I sat down somewhere for a coffee earlier and within 10 minutes 5 people were involved in a discussion where the best pubs and local food was. I'll have to check that out!

Both the end of the year, being back in the Netherlands where my so called 'roots' are and also suddenly not having to do loads of work make me nostalgic and a bit sentimental. Something I'm dealing with today. Writing to this diary helps.

And now it's time to go back to the house and find out what my mum is cooking for me tonight :)
