Fri 25th of February 2011 – Pakhuis de Zwijger

Sunday and I'm in cooking mode. I've been making bread this week, am making yogurt now (yogurt needs 7 hours to make itself) and I just finished my first Japanese dish ever which is supposed to be eaten by people as yet unknown to me in about 1 hour. I hope they're not Japanese because I'm not sure it's up to that.
