Sat 26th of June 2021 – Euros 2021

I find flag waving and nationalism unpleasant, unnecessary and creepy, but when it comes to the Euros or the World Cup I always turn full blown hardcore patriotic. I love it. I become a nervous wreck during games and genuinely sad when we (The Netherlands) get kicked out. My oldest daughter is completely with me now dressing up the room and herself and me in orange but when the actual games start she understandably gets pretty bored. It’s still fun watching together though. As I'm typing this Czech Republic vs. the Netherlands has been going for 22 minutes.. 0-0 still.. The picture is 10 minutes old - Go Holland!!!!
